Your week or month service entitles you to all the benefits of a day of coordinator and planner rolled into one. Not only will be help you on your wedding day but we will be your personal assistant helping you coordinate any last minute arrangements. What can you expect from a Talen Events Wedding Planner?
- - An initial meeting 30 days prior to your wedding to go over all vendor contracts and find out how you would like your day to run.
- - Calls to all vendors to confirm all the details and run them through the wedding day schedule
- - Ceremony and Reception site inspection to address any last minute questions or concerns
- - All the things to do lists you need! From a detailed itinerary, up to the day time line, things to do checklists to assist you in last minute arrangements and of course your wedding day schedule
- - Coordinator onsite for your Wedding Day Rehearsal
- - Supervision for your ceremony and reception set up
- - Supervision for your photo sessions (extra coordinator may be required)
- - Gifts & Envelope arrangement in a secure location
- - Handle remaining vendor payments
- - Cleanup and retrieval of items
- - Emergency kit and Troubleshooting for last minute accidents
